As a Software Programmer at Nforcepro, you will be an integral part of our development team, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Perform as a development activity includes Design, Develop and Maintain server-side components of Hospital Inventory Application.
  • Translate operational business requirements into business IT solutions and/or implementation of software applications.
  • Develop, Configure, and implement Hospital Inventory applications and integrations.
  • Hospital Physical Inventory application specifically will be related to Statistical Process and Quality Systems.
  • Develops and maintains Hospital Physical Inventory application architecture, functionality, API integrations and content-management solutions for consumer-facing websites.
  • Monitors and research emerging technologies, external platforms and services, consumer behavior and site analytics to inform innovation and integration opportunities.
  • Collaborates with other functional areas of the business (Marketing, Activism) to translate business objectives and initiatives into technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in software development, with expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to your stack.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist our account executives in technically qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Present NforcePro solutions and demonstrate the application via Web conference tools and face to face meetings
  • Build and deliver custom product demonstrations which focus on key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customers
  • Support Account Executives in production of high quality sales proposals and supporting materials
  • Maintain all sales cycle activities in accordance with Nforcepro’ sales processes and methodology
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 5+ years experience as a pre-sales engineer for an enterprise GRC, SaaS, or other software application
  • Knowledge of working in, or managing a professional services organization, or working on large project teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years prior experience selling GRC software solutions into targeted accounts
  • A results-oriented approach which balances a “take charge, do-whatever-it-takes” attitude with teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is a plus
  • Experience selling either Compliance, Risk management, Contract Management, Document Management ,or Supplier Relationship Management or related products is a plus

Job Description:

Nforcepro is looking to hire SOX design Lead

Responsibilities:
  • Sarbanes Oxley (“SOX”) program is a part of Group Risk Management Team. The SOX Design Lead – US will have the following responsibilities
  • Work with business owners to document new business processes or changes to existing processes including process narratives and identification and documentation of key controls/li>
  • Work with control owners and internal audit to ensure testability of edits to existing controls or documentation of new key controls
  • Update control documentation in controls database based on comments received from control owners, Internal and External Auditors
  • Work with control owners to address deficiencies or exceptions identified by internal or external auditors
  • Act as liaison with external auditors for all SOX concerns including facilitation of meetings; including annual walkthroughs, with control owners as well as the discussion of possible remediation activities for identified deficiencies
  • Maintain internal program metrics related to the US processes including the status of design, operational testing progress and status of issue/remediation action plans
  • Participate in the weekly status meetings with internal SOX stakeholders and with external auditors
  • Provide guidance and training on use of internal sox control database application
Desired qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • Previous SOX experience or other comparable risk and control design or assessment experience with a preference for previous experience in the areas IT General Controls (Change Management, Access and Infrastructure)
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
  • Ability to act proactively and work effectively across business units, functions and regional locations
  • Action and results oriented with the ability to overcome obstacles
  • 4 year University degree required
